Jumping Juniors is a nonprofit organization that began in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when many young people were stuck at home with limited opportunities for social interaction and physical activity. It was created as a way to encourage young girls to get out of the house, stay active, and try something new in a fun and supportive environment. What started as a simple idea to promote movement and connection quickly grew into a meaningful program that helped girls build confidence, develop new skills, and form friendships during a challenging time.

Today, Jumping Juniors has grown into a successful and inspiring program, making a name for itself across the country. The team has won multiple competitions, showcasing their talent, hard work, and dedication. They’ve also had exciting opportunities like performing halftime at a Chicago Sky WNBA game, giving the girls a chance to shine on a bigger stage. Along the way, members have met new people, traveled to different places, and built lasting connections, all while continuing to grow in confidence and skill. What started as a small idea during the pandemic has now turned into a powerful movement creating opportunities and unforgettable experiences for young girls.

As Jumping Juniors has grown, the sisterhood within the organization has become real, raw, and deeply meaningful. It has created a safe and supportive environment where girls feel comfortable expressing themselves, being vulnerable, and truly being who they are without judgment. Through shared experiences, challenges, and successes, they’ve built strong bonds that go beyond just being teammates—they’ve become like family. These connections have helped each girl grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, trust, and self-love, making the sisterhood one of the most powerful parts of the organization
