Paulette Jones | Executive Director & Founder
Paulette is a Chicago native, born and raised on the south side of the city, where she currently resides. She is the proud parent of one daughter and doting grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters who bring immeasurable joy to her life. She is a firm believer in the power of positive influence and exposure to life beyond the community in which you live. Her love of family and community drives her to reach out to those in need and offer assistance and encouragement wherever she may be able to help. Her career as an accountant and operator of an income tax preparation service affords Paulette the insight needed to help others begin to be more cognizant of the need to be financially literate and to properly manage their funds, in our ever-changing financial landscape.
Lolita Scott | Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Lolita is a lifetime resident of Chicago, raised on the southside of Chicago. She is the proud parent of two daughters and one son who she consider her world. Despite the struggles and challenges she faced, she was committed to providing her children with a quality education and exposing them to activities and experiences that would prepare them for independence and adulthood. She is firm believer of higher education. Loleather has worked as a career counselor for the past 15 years assisting young adults with gaining employment. Her passion for the work she has been doing provides a sense of fulfillment and makes her feel as if she is living her purpose and answering her calling, to be part of a system that helps develop young people as they grow and strive to meet their potential.
